| We enjoyed our first Mojito Monday at the fancy resort so much that we had to take our friends Mark and Sabrina. |

| It was a beautiful evening, and you could already see the moon. |

| We had dinner at Geckos Restaurant, then walked over to Jalapenos Restaurant to see our friends Suzie and Trevor play. Suzie is a great vocalist and pianist - too bad she's returning to Canada in two days. :( |

| It turned into an awesome jam session! |
