| Gabby and I (Cara) went for a walk up the beach and stopped for lunch at one of the resort restaurants. |

| That night we went for dinner at Innies Restaurant, a little local place. |

| Gabby tried Hudut, a local Garifuna dish of fish in a coconut milk broth, with mashed plantains. She liked it even though it was almost a whole fish and she had to pick around the bones. |
